Here are some of the apple activities we did:
This one was really entertaining. We painted some toilet paper rolls red to kind of look like apples then rolled apples into the rolls to knock them down.
This one was a fun easy activity for a toddler to do.
Apple Puzzle Piece Craft
I did this as part of a wreath but it is super cute and would look great on it’s own.
Felt Board Autumn Tree
This is an easy fall felt tree craft to make for your toddler. I added apples on there so she could play apple tree and fall leaves.
Apple paper plate craft
Although, not just apples, there are apples in here so I thought I would include it anyway.
Painting Apple Shapes with Cookie Cutters
This was a lot of fun and a big hit with Bee. I took apple cookie cutters and gave her red paint to dip them in, then had her use them like stamps. Super easy and quick and went over well.
We also did another similar one, take anything circular, I used the screw parts of a mason jar then had Bee dip it in red paint then press the circles on a paper. After it dried I used markers to make a stem and leaf and then had her colour it red.
Some other ideas for apple-related activities are:
- Apple picking
- Paint with apple stamps (cut apple in half and dip in paint)
- Bake something with apples
- Bobbing for apples
- Eating apples
